Breakaway ist Buch Nr. 5 in Elise Fabers Gold Hockey Reihe. Es ist gut als Stand – Alone lesbar, mehr Freude macht es jedoch die Reihe von Beginn an zu lesen. Blue und Anna sind beide Charaktere die nicht so leicht vertrauen, niemandem außer sich selbst. Es knistert, wenn sie sich sehen und es knallt, weil sie sich so gerne lieben würden und stattdessen Hass vorschieben.
Das Buch ist prima und hat mir gut gefallen, die erotischen Szenen sind okay und nehmen nicht zu viel Raum ein, die Story an sich ist ganz wunderbar ausgearbeitet und spannend. Elise Faber hat einen ganz klaren emotionalen Schreibstil und dies wird nicht das letzte Buch gewesen sein, das ich von ihr gelesen habe.
Breakaway is book # 5 in Elise Faber’s Gold Hockey series. You can read it as a stand alone, but it is more fun to read the series from the beginning. Blue and Anna are both characters who do not trust easily, they trust nobody but themselves. Sparkles fly when they meet and, they fight because they would love each other but instead prefer hatred. The book is great and I liked it, the erotic scenes are okay and don’t take up too much space, the story is well worked out and exciting. Elise Faber has a very clear emotional writing style and this will not be the last book I’ve read from her.
